At T3D Printing & More, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in providing quality products and personalized merchandise. Please review our return and exchange policy before making a purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible non-personalized items within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned with their original packaging, when applicable.

  • Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

All exchanges are subject to product availability.

Personalized & Custom Items

ALL SALES OF PERSONALIZED AND CUSTOM-MADE ITEMS ARE FINAL.

Due to the unique nature of personalized products, these items are non-refundable, non-returnable, and not eligible for exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom 3D-printed products

  • Personalized keychains, signs, and nameplates

  • Custom-engraved merchandise

  • Personalized apparel and accessories

  • Products featuring custom names, logos, images, or designs

Please carefully review all personalization details, including spelling, colors, sizes, and design selections, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect personalization details submitted by customers, or custom-made products, except where required by applicable law.

Any approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an eligible exchange, please email trusty3dprinting@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

Include your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for your request.

Please do not return any merchandise without receiving authorization and return instructions from our team.
